JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We run 2 fashion stores in the Netherlands targeting the Dutch market. Both stores run on Facebook and Instagram ads via Meta Ads Manager. We are scaling fast and we need someone who can deliver high quality ad creatives daily.
What you will do

Research competitor ads and identify the best performing creatives
Create 5 ad creatives per product using Canva and AI tools
Write 3 primary texts and 3 headlines per product
Deliver all creatives and copy via Slack before 1PM CET
Work closely with the media buyer and team via Slack

What we are looking for

Experience with Canva
Eye for good ad creatives
Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT or image generation tools
You have your own AI tools account such as Higgsfield, Artlist, or similar
You reply to messages within 1 hour during working hours
You communicate clearly via Slack

What you will get

$0.50 per creative delivered
Performance bonus: if a creative runs for a full week with a cost per result under €20 and is profitable, you receive a $50 bonus for that creative
Flexible working hours as long as everything is delivered before 1PM CET
Part time to start with clear growth potential as the business scales
