JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there!

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our remote team.

We build web applications, internal systems, business tools, and custom software, giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects instead of just one product.

Our team follows an AI-assisted workflow. We primarily use Claude to explore ideas, iterate on layouts, and generate frontend interfaces through effective prompting. Figma complements our workflow by helping with ideation, prototyping, refinement, and communicating design concepts when needed.

If you enjoy creating intuitive user experiences and leveraging AI to build better products faster, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a 100% remote, full-time position. We're looking for someone who communicates well in English, is dependable, takes feedback well, and can work independently.

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience designing real products for clients or companies.

What You'll Be Working On:
- Design modern web applications, dashboards, and internal business tools
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs using AI and Figma where appropriate
- Use AI (primarily Claude) to generate, iterate, and refine UI concepts and frontend interfaces
- Write effective prompts to improve layouts and user experience
- Refine AI-generated interfaces into polished, production-ready frontend designs
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, project manager, and other dept to deliver high-quality products
- Help maintain reusable components and design systems

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience designing web applications, SaaS products, or internal business tools.
- Comfortable using AI as part of your daily design workflow
- Experience designing web or mobile applications
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience using it for ideation, prototyping, and design refinement
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Experience prompting AI to generate and iterate on UI concepts and frontend interfaces
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, spacing, color, and responsive design
- Good English communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Ability to evaluate and refine AI-generated designs rather than relying on the first output.
