We’re Hiring: Remote Part-Time Social Media Content Creator

Dental Concepts & Orthodontics | Luxury Dental Practice | Remote

We’re not looking for someone who simply schedules posts.

We’re looking for a creative content strategist who understands social media, knows how to create content people actually want to watch, and can help build one of the strongest dental brands in Dallas area

This is a remote, part-time position, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly creative, and capable of bringing fresh ideas to the table without constant direction.

What You’ll Do

* Develop creative content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
* Create engaging captions, hooks, taglines, and campaign ideas.
* Edit short-form videos that are optimized for each platform.
* Stay ahead of trends, viral audio, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
* Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations based on analytics.
* Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with our team remotely while consistently bringing new, innovative ideas.

What We’re Looking For

? You understand every major social media platform and know how each platform’s algorithm, audience, and posting style differ.

? You know how to create content that has strong engagement potential through compelling storytelling, trend awareness, and strategic execution.

? You’re creative and don’t rely on generic templates or repetitive before-and-after posts.

? Because this is a remote position, you are proactive, organized, and able to work independently. We expect you to bring ideas—not wait to be told what to create.

? You understand branding and can create content that reflects a luxury, high-end patient experience.

? You can confidently track analytics, identify what’s working, and adjust your strategy accordingly.

Preferred Skills

* Experience managing business social media accounts
* Portfolio demonstrating creativity and measurable growth
* Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
* Experience creating viral or high-performing content is a plus
