JOB OVERVIEW

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST

Dealer Media is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our growing team.

Your main responsibilities will include updating Salesforce accounts, maintaining Google Sheets, reviewing information for accuracy, and helping keep our internal systems organized.

Salesforce experience is a plus, but it's not required. We'll train the right person.

What You'll Be Doing
- Update and maintain Salesforce records
- Update and organize Google Sheets
- Review information for accuracy before making changes
- Perform administrative support tasks
- Follow processes while also thinking critically when something doesn't look right
- Communicate clearly with the team

Requirements
- Computer with an external monitor (not just a laptop)
- Excellent English (C2 Advanced/Mastery test score with screenshot)
- IQ test score of 9/10 or higher (include screenshot)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Accuracy is extremely important and your work quality will be monitored
- Fast and stable internet with a reliable backup
- Must provide a National Police Clearance
- Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, and Slack is an advantage
- Comfortable working with time-tracking software during scheduled work hours.
