HIGHLY PAID GENERAL MANAGER – LUXURY FASHION BRAND (Full-Time)

Your profile caught our attention.

We are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead and scale our international luxury fashion company.

This is not a standard management job. You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of virtually every aspect of the business.

What you’ll do

* Lead daily operations across multiple departments.
* Manage and coach international remote teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time.
* Build and improve systems and SOPs.
* Oversee Finance, HR, Customer Service, Logistics, Production and Operations.
* Track KPIs and prepare daily management reports.
* Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and partners worldwide.
* Hire, train and evaluate tea ---------- mbers.
* Solve problems before they become problems.
* Help grow the company internationally.

Requirements

* Outstanding English (spoken and written).
* Proven leadership and operations experience.
* Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
* Experience with remote teams.
* Highly proactive with an ownership mentality.
* Excellent with technology and AI tools.
* Fast learner with exceptional attention to detail.
* Available full-time (40+ hours/week).
* Willing to work European business hours.

Nice to have

* Fashion or luxury industry experience.
* Experience with Shopify, Xero, Hubstaff, ---------- , ClickUp or similar tools.
* Experience managing international operations.
