We’re Hiring: Marketing Assistant
Geospatial Solutions LLC
Position: Marketing Assistant
Work Setup: Work from Home / Remote
Role Type: Marketing, content creation, client outreach, and brand support
Geospatial Solutions LLC is looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our marketing, content creation, and business development efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, an interest in GIS, maps, spatial data, geospatial technology, and location intelligence, and is comfortable using modern AI tools to create clear, professional, and engaging marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
Create social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Assist with writing blog posts, newsletters, project updates, and marketing content.
Help prepare GIS-related case studies, service descriptions, and project highlights.
Translate technical geospatial concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.
Research potential clients, industries, competitors, and market opportunities.
Organize marketing files, images, maps, project examples, and content assets.
Track marketing engagement and suggest ways to improve visibility and outreach.
Support content creation using AI tools, automation platforms, and digital marketing workflows.
Required Skills
Strong writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge or strong interest in GIS, maps, spatial data, geospatial technology, or location intelligence.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines.
Comfortable using online communication and collaboration tools.
Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy and willing to use AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing workflows.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using or learning tools such as:
Codex
Claude Code
Google AI Studio
NotebookLM
APIs and automation tools
Heygen and similar platforms
AI video, voiceover, editing, and content-generation tools
Ideal Candidate
Creative, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Interested in GIS, mapping, technology, data, and marketing.
Comfortable writing about technical services in a simple and clear way.
Able to organize content, follow instructions, and contribute fresh ideas.
Self-motivated and professional in a remote work environment.
