JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/ LMS Specialist to transform our existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and procedure manuals into engaging online learning content.
This is a project-based contractor role responsible for developing a structured Learning Management System (LMS) training program that enables new and existing tea ---------- mbers to learn independently through interactive modules, training videos, and knowledge assessments.

Key Responsibilities
• Review existing SOPs, policies, procedure manuals, and training documentation.
• Convert written documentation into engaging, easy-to-follow LMS learning modules.
• Create instructional videos, including screen recordings, walkthroughs, and voice-over presentations where appropriate.
• Develop quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments for each training module.
• Design a structured learning pathway and onboarding curriculum for new tea ---------- mbers.
• Organise training content into logical learning modules and recommended completion order.
• Identify opportunities to improve or simplify existing documentation to enhance learning outcomes.
• Ensure all learning materials are clear, professional, consistent, and aligned with organisational standards.
• Upload and configure learning content within the LMS (where required).
• Work closely with the People & Culture team and subject matter experts to validate training content.

About You
You are passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and have the ability to simplify complex processes into clear, practical training materials.
You enjoy organising information, creating professional learning content, and designing training that helps people succeed.

Essential Requirements
• Previous experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning & Development Specialist, E-Learning Developer, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience developing LMS or e-learning courses.
• Experience creating training videos, instructional content, and online assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines.
• Experience working with remote teams.

Desirable
Experience with one or more of the following:
• Articulate Rise or Articulate Storyline
• TalentLMS, Moodle, LearnWorlds, Thinkific, or similar LMS platforms
• Camtasia, Loom, Canva, CapCut, or similar video creation software
• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Process documentation or SOP development

Engagement Details
• Position: Project-Based Independent Contractor
• Location: Remote (Philippines)
• Duration: Approximately 1 month

What You'll Deliver
By the completion of the project, you will have developed:
• A structured LMS training program.
• Individual learning modules for existing SOPs and procedures.
• Training videos for each module where appropriate.
• Quizzes and assessments for each learning module.
• A complete onboarding and training curriculum for new tea ---------- mbers.
• Recommendations for improving existing training documentation where applicable.
