JOB OVERVIEW

We are urgently seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Cold Calling Specialist – Mineral & Royalty Acquisitions with strong experience preferably from Cebu, Philippines, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to mineral and royalty owners using client-provided lead lists
* Introduce the client’s services in a professional and conversational manner
* Build rapport and establish trust with property owners
* Verify ownership details and contact information
* Qualify prospects based on client-specific criteria
* Identify owners who may be interested in selling their mineral or royalty interests
* Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for acquisition managers when appropriate
* Accurately document all conversations in the client’s CRM
* Update lead statuses and maintain detailed call notes
* Follow established call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation
* Meet daily call activity and quality expectations

Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Clear, confident, and professional phone presence
* Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently while following established processes
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
