JOB OVERVIEW

Client Success & Studio Operations Assistant

We're looking for an organized, friendly, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our boutique Classical Pilates studio in West Hollywood, California.

This is not a typical "data entry" position. You'll help create an exceptional client experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing studio.

Responsibilities
Respond to client emails and text messages
Answer incoming phone calls
Follow up with new client leads
Schedule appointments and classes
Confirm appointments
Help organize calendars
Research vendors, grants, and business opportunities
Assist with social media scheduling
Maintain spreadsheets and reports
Keep client records organized
Assist with general administrative projects
We're looking for someone who:
Speaks and writes excellent English
Is warm, professional, and personable
Loves helping people
Is extremely organized
Learns new software quickly
Is dependable and detail-oriented
Takes initiative without constant supervision
Is comfortable making phone calls
