JOB OVERVIEW

Alegna Weddings is an Australian wedding photography and filmmaking company specialising in timeless, cinematic wedding films. We're expanding our post-production team and are looking for a talented DaVinci Resolve Colourist to join us on a long-term freelance basis.

We shoot exclusively on Sony A7S III, Sony A7 IV and Sony A7R V cameras in S-Log3, with all post-production completed in DaVinci Resolve.

Our films include:

1–2 minute cinematic highlight films
Feature wedding films up to 10 minutes
About the Role

You'll be responsible for bringing our wedding films to life through beautiful, consistent colour grading while maintaining natural skin tones and a timeless, cinematic look.

Responsibilities:

Colour grade completed wedding films in DaVinci Resolve
Match footage captured across multiple Sony cameras
Balance exposure, white balance and skin tones
Ensure colour consistency throughout each film
Deliver projects within agreed deadlines

Requirements:

Advanced experience using DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of grading Sony S-Log3 footage
Previous experience colour grading wedding films (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling DaVinci Resolve projects
