JOB OVERVIEW

~ The app

Fifteen ( ---------- ) is an async messaging app for busy, in-demand people. You set your rate, share your link, and let serious people reach you on your own time. No unnecessary calls, no drowning in free "can I pick your brain" messages. The app is live on iOS, and now we need help getting it into the right hands.

~ The role

I'm looking for a sharp, self-driven person to help get in-demand people using Fifteen. This is mostly outreach and onboarding, with content to support it. You'll find creators, coaches, and consultants who are buried in messages, show them Fifteen, help them get set up, and get them sharing their link with their audience. Some light virtual assistant tasks come with it.

This is a long-term role for the right person. As we grow, so does your work, your pay, and your responsibility.

~ What you'll do

- find and message creators, coaches, and consultants who get flooded with DMs and free advice requests
- pitch Fifteen as the solution in DMs, comments, and communities, in a friendly and genuine way
- onboard them: help them sign up, set a rate, and share their link
- create supporting content (short-form video and posts) that shows the problem and the fix
- write captions and messages that sound natural and human
- share what's working so we can do more of it together

What you'll earn

- base hourly rate of $3 to $5 to start, based on experience
- plus a bonus for every qualified signup you drive each month:
- $20 each for your first 5
- $25 each for your next 5
- $30 each after that, with no cap
- a qualified signup means a new user who joins because of your work and actually uses the app for at least one paid conversation
- strong performers here can earn a few hundred dollars a month in bonuses on top of base, and your pay grows as you deliver

~ Must haves

- comfortable doing friendly outreach and follow-up, without being pushy or spammy on platforms like linkedin/reddit/twitter/tiktok
- understands the product fast and can map out your own creative ideas for reaching our audience
- have worked on a tech product or app before
- can edit short-form video (CapCut, DaVinci, or whatever you're fast in)
- write clearly and think in ideas, not just tasks
- self-directed and reliable, able to own this with little supervision
- good, stable internet and dependable communication

~ Nice to have

- experience around creators, coaches, or consultants
- have done outreach that actually converted before

~ Details

- 15 to 20 hrs/week, part-time, with room to grow
- fully async, work on your own schedule, no fixed hours or overlap required
- paid weekly via [Wise / PayPal — confirm your preference]
- brand assets and messaging provided, you bring the execution
