JOB OVERVIEW

TWENTY TWENTY is Australia's specialist Amazon and marketplace agency. We manage Amazon accounts for Australian and international brands across supplements, kitchenware, sporting goods, and consumer electronics, and we are a Preferred Amazon Solutions and Ads Partner.

We are hiring a senior operations person to own the operational engine of our client accounts. This is not a junior VA role. You will be the quality control layer of the agency, and the standard you set is the standard our clients see.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Quality control. You check the retail team's work before any task closes or any client is updated. Nothing goes out with errors.
- Client follow-ups. You chase clients for approvals, assets, and outstanding information, and you write clear, professional emails they enjoy receiving.
- The reporting engine. Weekly and biweekly client performance emails, Monday FBA and FBM replenishment recommendations, and the data feed for monthly client presentations.
- WIP and task systems. ClickUp task hygiene, per SKU change logs, and WIP documents kept accurate across every account.
- Daily account monitoring. Account health, Buy Box ownership on top ASINs, new 1 to 3 star reviews, and listing suppressions, flagged and actioned the same day.
- Execution. Deal and coupon submissions, price changes, listing uploads, Seller Support cases through to resolution.

You will work directly with our Australian account managers and alongside our existing retail team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- 4 plus years hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience with an agency or multi-account seller. Vendor Central experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent written English. You will email Australian clients directly. This is tested in our hiring process.
- Reporting tool experience (Merchant Spring, Helium 10, Seller board, or similar).
- Ruthless organization. You have run task systems (Click Up, Asana, or similar) across multiple accounts without things slipping.
- You find answers before asking, and you flag problems before they become client problems.
- We don't want fast learners, you should already know the job. We need someone well experienced on amazon. Don't apply if you are a beginner.

WHAT YOU GET

- Working hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm PH time (full overlap with Melbourne business hours)
