JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant who already knows your way around EZLynx and insurance carrier websites?

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance VA to join a growing US insurance agency. If you're comfortable handling quoting and policy servicing with minimal supervision, we'd love to hear from you.

Starting Rate: $4.50/hour

What We're Looking For

You MUST have:
• At least 1 year of Personal Lines insurance experience
• Hands-on experience using EZLynx
• Experience quoting directly on multiple insurance carrier websites
• Experience quoting multiple personal lines products, including:
Auto
Homeowners
Renters
Umbrella
Dwelling Fire
• Experience processing endorsements, coverage changes, and policy cancellations
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Full-time availability with no other work commitments

Experience That Will Make You Stand Out
• Experience binding policies
• Experience using Salesforce, AgencyZoom, or another Agency Management System
• Experience communicating with underwriting departments
• Experience issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, and completing follow-up tasks

What You'll Be Doing
• Quote personal lines policies using EZLynx and carrier websites
• Prepare quotes for Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Umbrella, and Dwelling Fire policies
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations
• Assist with policy binding
• Respond to underwriting requests
• Update client information and agency systems
• Complete follow-up tasks to ensure policies are processed accurately and on time
