Paid Meta Ads Specialist
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Australia)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time / contract

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paid Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to generate high-quality leads and support business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing Meta campaigns, with a strong understanding of conversion optimisation, audience strategy and performance reporting. Experience marketing within the healthcare or allied health sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and lead generation targets.
- Create and test audience segments, lookalike audiences and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise budgets, bidding strategies and creative to maximise return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing of creative, messaging and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the content, creative and web teams to develop effective advertising assets.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, advertising policies and industry best practices.
- Ensure campaigns comply with relevant advertising requirements, particularly within regulated industries such as healthcare.
- Manage internal designer to create new designs based on the above.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Demonstrated success delivering lead generation and conversion campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and campaign optimisation.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta reporting and performance analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management skills.

Desirable
- Experience working with healthcare, medical or allied health organisations.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel.
- Experience with WordPress websites and landing page optimisation.
- Understanding of Australian healthcare advertising requirements, including AHPRA and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) advertising obligations.
