NG Staffing Solutions is looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven B2B Cold Caller / Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a remote, part-time position for someone who is comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners and decision-makers, making outbound cold calls, following up with prospects, and helping generate new clients.
COMPENSATION:
* $200 USD guaranteed base salary per month
* 20 hours per week
* PLUS $400 USD commission for every successfully acquired client
* No commission cap
The $400 commission is earned after the client:
1. Signs the NG Staffing Solutions service agreement, and
2. Successfully makes their first payment
Example commission earnings:
1 Client = $400 USD
2 Clients = $800 USD
5 Clients = $2,000 USD
These commissions are paid in addition to the guaranteed monthly base salary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients
* Speak with business owners and decision-makers
* Introduce NG Staffing Solutions and explain our services
* Identify businesses that may need virtual assistant or staffing support
* Generate and qualify leads
* Follow up with interested prospects
* Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
* Consistently work toward bringing in new clients
