JOB OVERVIEW

The Nes | Remote-friendly | Freelance/contract to start, scaling as deals close

The NES is a brand partnerships collective working across sport, entertainment and culture. We advise and we deliver, across partnerships, marketing, events and content. We're a disrupter entering the space, which means the pipeline doesn't exist yet. You're the one building it, and converting it.

What you'll do

1. Build our creds deck.
Work with the founder to shape a sharp credentials deck covering our services and capabilities. You'll use it as your core sales tool, so make it something you'd actually want to send.

2. Cold outreach across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Build targeted lists of brands that fit a partnerships collective in sport, entertainment and culture. Run cold outreach over email, LinkedIn and DM using your own proven approach. Book calls, hand over warm qualified conversations, or close the smaller ones yourself once you know our offer inside out.

3. Build the pipeline and the system behind it.
We're a new agency. There's no CRM full of leads waiting for you. You'll set up the pipeline and the tracking to go with it: volume sent, reply rates, calls booked, deals landed. To support this, you'll also co-manage The Nes LinkedIn page alongside our marketing manager and founder, so the brands you're contacting see a live, credible agency when they look us up.

4. Bridge business development and servicing.
When a deal lands, you're the handover. Depending on size and scale, you'll either transition the client to our accounts team or stay on the account yourself. Either way, the client should never feel the seam between sales and delivery.

Who this is for
- You've run cold B2B or agency outreach before and can show the numbers: volume sent, reply rates, deals closed
- You've built pipeline and outreach systems from scratch, not just inherited someone else's
- You bring your own outreach system. We're not teaching you how to cold email
- You write clean, natural English that doesn't read like a template or like AI wrote it
- You're relentless on follow-up. You know the deal is in the third and fourth email, not the first
- You understand sponsorship, partnerships or sports/entertainment marketing well enough to hold a credible conversation with a brand director

Who this is NOT for
- People who've only done inbound or account management with no hunting
- People who blast the same generic email to 500 brands
- Anyone who'd inflate our capabilities or invent case studies to land a deal. We'll know, and it ends the trial immediately

How the trial works
- Four-week paid trial
- You start with a blank page. No creds deck, no client list. Building both is the job, and the trial is where you prove you can
- Your target list and outreach approach get approved before anything goes out
- Pass = real brands replying and qualified calls booked from your cold outreach
- Land a signed deal in the trial and you're locked in at the top of the range

Pay
- [$400 to $800/month base depending on experience], plus uncapped commission on every closed deal. Commission is negotiated per deal based on size and scale, so the earning potential here is as big as you make it. Strong closers will out-earn the base many times over.
