We are seeking an experienced **Etsy Store Sales Growth Manager & Store Operations Specialist** to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our Etsy shop specializing in **premium European-inspired home décor**. Our collection includes **tapestries, cushion covers, table runners, throws, and Afghan-style home textiles**, with a focus on craftsmanship, storytelling, and elevated presentation.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands how to grow an Etsy store strategically—not just maintain listings, but actively increase traffic, conversion, average order value, and repeat purchases while preserving a premium brand image.

### About the Brand

We are a premium home décor business offering beautifully designed textile and decorative products for customers who appreciate timeless, elegant interiors. Our products include:

* Tapestries and wall hangings
* Cushion covers and decorative pillow covers
* Table runners and table linens
* Afghan throws and woven home accessories
* Other premium home décor textiles and accessories

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our Etsy store and help turn it into a stronger, more consistent sales channel.

### Key Responsibilities

**Etsy Store Growth & Sales Generation**

* Develop and execute a clear strategy to grow Etsy store revenue, traffic, and conversion rates
* Optimize the Etsy storefront for sales performance, customer experience, and premium brand presentation
* Identify opportunities to improve click-through rate, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat customer purchases
* Build promotional strategies around seasonal demand, holidays, gifting, home décor trends, and product launches
* Recommend pricing, bundling, and merchandising strategies to improve profitability and sales ---------- ntum
* Monitor competitors, market trends, keyword opportunities, and product positioning within the premium home décor category

**Listing Optimization & Merchandising**

* Create, optimize, and manage product listings for Etsy SEO and customer conversion
* Write compelling, high-converting titles, descriptions, product highlights, and storytelling-driven copy aligned with a premium brand voice
* Improve product presentation through strong listing structure, keyword strategy, and merchandising logic
* Advise on listing images, mockups, lifestyle content, video, and other visual elements that can improve conversion
* Organize product collections, cross-sell opportunities, and shop sections to enhance browsing and basket size

**Store Management & Daily Operations**

* Manage the day-to-day performance and upkeep of the Etsy store
* Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and updated for inventory, pricing, attributes, shipping settings, and policies
* Monitor shop health, customer experience, reviews, response times, and order-related issues
* Coordinate with the business owner/team regarding new products, stock updates, promotions, and priorities
* Maintain consistency in product presentation, brand messaging, and customer communication

**Analytics, Reporting & Performance Improvement**

* Track Etsy store performance and provide regular reporting on key KPIs such as:

* Revenue growth
* Conversion rate
* Etsy traffic and traffic sources
* Click-through rate
* Best-selling products and underperforming listings
* Return on promotions and campaigns
* Average order value
* Use data to identify what is working, what is underperforming, and where action is needed
* Make proactive recommendations to improve store performance month over month

### Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has a proven ability to **grow Etsy sales for product-based brands**, ideally within **home décor, textiles, interiors, gifts, lifestyle products, or premium handcrafted/elevated consumer goods**.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience managing and growing Etsy stores with measurable sales results
* Strong understanding of Etsy SEO, ranking factors, merchandising, and conversion optimization
* Experience writing compelling product listings and titles that balance keyword strategy with premium brand positioning
* Strong eye for product presentation, merchandising, and customer-facing storytelling
* Ability to analyze store performance and translate data into actionable growth strategies
* Experience with premium, design-led, lifestyle, or home décor brands is strongly preferred
* Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of store performance
* Excellent written English and communication skills
