I'm looking for a reliable, fast VA to screen record tutorial and how-to videos for me on their own laptop. For each task I'll point you to the topic and give you the source material. Your first job is to learn how to do the tutorial yourself — work through the steps until you understand the process — then record a clean, clear screen recording walking through it. The end result should be a tidy, ready-to-use MP4 I can publish.
This is high-volume work: we're aiming for 20–30 finished videos per day. They're short and repetitive once you've got the rhythm, so speed and consistency matter more than fancy editing. Bonuses are paid when the daily quota is met.
Responsibilities
Learn each tutorial from the material I provide until you can perform it confidently
Record your screen performing the steps clearly and in the right order
Keep cursor movements smooth and matched to what's being shown
Do basic edits — trimming, simple cuts, removing dead time
Export finished videos in 1080p (or higher) MP4 format
Deliver files daily via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar
Hit the daily target of 20–30 videos consistently
Make minor revisions if pacing or timing is off
Requirements
Reliable screen recording software (OBS or similar)
A laptop that records smoothly without lag at this volume
Quick learner — able to pick up a new process from written/video instructions
Basic video editing skills — trimming, cutting (won't be needed 95% of the time)
Clean desktop setup — no clutter, notifications disabled, neutral wallpaper
Stable internet connection
Strong attention to detail — recordings should match the steps exactly
Comfortable working with whatever software/website the tutorial covers (I'll brief you in advance)
Fast, consistent turnaround and clear daily communication
Nice to have (not required)
Experience making YouTube-style or tutorial content
Experience batching/producing high volumes of short videos
