Garden Rhythms is a boutique landscape design and construction company based in Encinitas, California. We
create timeless California gardens through thoughtful design, horticultural expertise, and exceptional
craftsmanship. Our landscapes are designed to mature beautifully over time while enriching the lives of the
families who enjoy them.

Your Mission
Create clarity, organization, and ---------- ntum throughout Garden Rhythms. You will help keep our marketing
consistent, our estimating organized, our client experience exceptional, and our business systems continually
improving.

Primary Responsibilities
• Manage social media, website updates, blogs and AI-generated marketing content.
• Organize project photography and create before/after presentations.
• Assist with estimates using SynkedUp Landscape Software.
• Build plant/material takeoffs and organize proposal packages.
• Develop systems for organizing receipts, invoices and digital files.
• Maintain Google Drive and project documentation.
• Coordinate Google Reviews and client follow-up.
• Research products, plants and business improvement ideas.

Technology
Required: ChatGPT (or willingness to become highly proficient), Google Workspace, excellent written
communication.

Preferred: Canva, WordPress, Facebook/Instagram, Google Business Profile, Excel, SynkedUp.

Within six months, marketing is consistent, estimates move faster, receipts are organized, project photos are
