Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

ARC Leasing Co. is a growing vehicle rental company looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive **Virtual Executive Assistant** to become an integral part of our team. This is more than an administrative role—we're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
* Qualify new leads and follow up with prospective customers
* Schedule sales and closing calls
* Manage calendars and appointments
* Organize files, documents, and daily business operations
* Maintain and update our CRM
* Assist with creating and improving business processes
* Build and manage automations to improve efficiency
* Support the owner with administrative and operational tasks
* Perform additional duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred
* Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

* Spanish-speaking is a plus
* Experience with CRM management
* Experience building automations and workflows
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
* Strong computer and technology skills
