JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Broker Price Opinion (BPO) Analyst to join our team on a long term basis. This position is for professionals with extensive experience completing Broker Price Opinions and Comparative Market Analyses for a variety of property types throughout Arizona.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of BPO experience, is highly analytical, possesses excellent written English and communication skills, and is comfortable working independently while meeting strict deadlines. Attention to detail is critical, as this role requires evaluating comparable sales, interpreting market trends, reviewing property photos and condition, estimating the impact of repairs, and providing well supported pricing recommendations.

In addition to preparing accurate property valuations, the successful candidate must be able to review incoming BPO assignments, understand client specific instructions, process orders accurately, identify potential issues before work begins, and communicate professionally when clarification is needed. Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to follow detailed procedures are essential.

Applicants should have extensive experience completing BPOs and CMAs, be proficient in market analysis, have reliable high speed internet, and be comfortable working with multiple systems and deadlines simultaneously. Experience using Flexmls is a significant advantage. Experience completing BPOs for lenders, asset management companies, relocation companies, or valuation firms is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate is also comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve the quality, clarity, and professionalism of market narratives and written comments while ensuring that all valuation conclusions remain accurate, well supported, and based on their own analysis.
