JOB OVERVIEW

I run a network of local service businesses in Austin, TX and I need help getting more Google reviews through review swap outreach. This is a creative outreach role for someone who's excellent at building relationships online, comfortable with high-volume DMs, and can hold their own in Reddit, ---------- , and >Facebook communities.

Responsibilities

- Search Reddit (r/Austin, r/smallbusiness, r/entrepreneur, etc.) for posts by local Austin service business owners
- Engage with ---------- communities for small business owners, local entrepreneurs, and service industry pros
- Join and monitor Austin-based Facebook groups (small business, home services, local entrepreneur groups)
- Identify local service business owners open to review swaps — you leave a Google review for their business, they leave one for ours (i will leave the review, you will simply notify me when someone is ready to do a swap)
- Send personalized DMs pitching the review swap concept naturally (I will give you the script)
- Coordinate each swap: send them our Google review link, confirm they leave one, then confirm we leave one on theirs
- Track every swap in a shared Google Sheet (their business, contact, swap status, review posted date)
- Follow up on pending swaps to make sure both sides deliver
- Occasionally call US-based service businesses to arrange swaps by phone (optional — bonus rate if comfortable)

Requirements

- Strong written English (near-native writing — your DMs need to sound genuine, not robotic)
- Active experience using Reddit, ---------- , and Facebook
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (50–100 DMs/day)
- Highly organized (accurate swap tracking is critical)
- Resilient — some people will ignore you or say no, has to roll off you
- Reliable internet + laptop
- Available 5 hours per day, 6-7 days per week (35 hrs/week total)
- Timezone flexibility — some overlap with US business hours preferred but not required

Bonus Points

- Experience with community management, cold outreach, or affiliate/partnership outreach
- Familiarity with the US small business scene
- Prior experience helping businesses get online reviews
- Spoken English good enough to make US phone calls (optional but rate bump)

Pay + Schedule

- Base: $3–4 USD/hour depending on experience
- BONUS: extra $15 USD if 40 reviews have been swapped and confirmed that day
- Schedule: 5 hours per day, 7 days per week (35 hours/week total)
- Realistic earnings: $600–$900/month base + bonus for someone closing 20–30 swaps/week
- Weekly pay via Wise or PayPal
- 2-week paid trial to make sure we're a good fit
- You choose your 5-hour window each day (as long as swaps are getting closed)
