About Us
FAST Restoration is a fast-growing restoration company based in Orlando, Florida. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help generate qualified leads, strengthen referral partnerships, and continuously improve our marketing systems. You'll work directly with leadership to coordinate campaigns, optimize lead generation, and help scale the company's growth.

What You’ll Do
– Create & Coordinate marketing campaigns
– Monitor Google Ads performance
– Manage and optimize our marketing budget
– Build and maintain referral partner relationships
– Follow up with partnership inquiries
– Help create and improve marketing funnels and landing pages
– Edit short-form videos (30–60 seconds) for social media
– Review and approve social media content before publication
– Assist with launch of new marketing initiatives and campaigns

You’re a Fit If You:
– Have experience in partnership development, B2B outreach, or community networking
– Are polished, persuasive, and comfortable representing our brand over Zoom, email, and phone calls
– Are open to learning the restoration industry
– Experienced with Google Ads
– Bonus: Have experience in construction, restoration, or real estate

Not a Fit If You
– Are not comfortable with outbound calls
– Do not have any experience working with partnerships or outreach
– Are only seeking entry-level positions

Pay & Perks
– Pay: $900–$1,200/month (based on experience) + Performance Bonus
