JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Virtual Assistant to help build and manage my lifestyle brand, The Phenomenal Finds.

The Phenomenal Finds is a lifestyle and affiliate marketing brand focused on curated product finds, home finds, beauty finds, fashion finds, travel finds, soft-life inspiration, motivation, and digital products. The brand will also use AI tools, AI models, and AI video content to promote products and digital offers.

This position is for someone who can help build the page, organize content, research products, create posts, support real organic growth, and eventually help manage the system.

Main duties include:

Researching trending products that fit the brand
Finding affiliate-friendly products for home, beauty, fashion, travel, and lifestyle
Organizing product links in Google Sheets
Creating Canva graphics and product posts
Helping create short-form video content using CapCut or similar tools
Writing or editing captions using provided templates
Scheduling posts in Meta Business Suite
Helping update Stan Store and Shopify links/products as needed
Engaging with real people on Facebook and Instagram
Finding relevant Facebook groups and communities
Replying to comments and DMs using approved scripts
Tracking post performance, clicks, engagement, and growth
Sending a weekly report with what was completed and what performed best

Important: I am looking for real organic growth only. No bots, fake followers, fake engagement, spam comments, or automated fake activity. The goal is to build a real audience of women interested in lifestyle, shopping, home finds, beauty, fashion, motivation, and digital products.

Ideal candidate should have experience with:

Facebook and Instagram content
Canva
CapCut or basic video editing
Google Sheets
Product research
Affiliate marketing or ecommerce
Organic social media engagement
Meta Business Suite
Stan Store or Shopify is a plus, but not required
AI tools such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, Creatify, or similar tools are a plus

Trial Task:

Before hiring, I may request a small paid trial task. The trial task may include finding 5 products that fit the brand, creating 1–2 Canva post ideas, writing captions, and explaining how you would help grow the page organically.
