Kproduct4u is our private label brand under Hitrons Solutions Inc. Hitrons Solutions Inc. is a distributor bringing innovative products from South Korea to major U.S. retailers. We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive full-time Sales, Retail Portal, and Social Commerce Manager to take over the daily operations of our retailer relationships, platform management, and wholesale growth.

Job Overview
In this role, you will be the backbone of our e-commerce sales (B2C and B2B) operations. You will manage our existing retail portals, troubleshoot operational issues, conduct outbound email outreach to new retail buyers, submit new vendor applications, and help drive growth on social commerce platforms.
We are looking for a true problem solver. While full initial training will be provided, we expect you to work completely independently (and with teams) once onboarded. You should be someone who naturally exhausts every research avenue, digs through documentation, contacts buyers in different ways until they respond, and tries to find solutions on your own rather than immediately relying on management for answers.

This is a 100% remote, email- and admin-heavy role. Phone calls and virtual conference calls for training with retailers and internal alignment will be required. No face-to-face buyer meetings or trade show attendance are required.

Key Responsibilities
• Retailer Portal Management: Navigate, manage, and maintain our various e-commerce vendor portals (including Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Best Buy, EXCHANGE, Macy's, Cencora, UNFI, etc. and third-party portals. We are not looking for an account manager for Amazon. See our full list of retailers at ---------- /retailers).
• Logistics, Operations, Order portals Management: Shopify, Rithum (DSCO, Orderstream), SPS Commerce, Shipstation, and more.
• Item Setup Management: Handle the management of new and existing product listings, item setups, data entry, and troubleshooting until a solution is found within each specific retailer’s portal.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential new retail buyers and distributors. Craft and send professional product introduction emails to pitch our products, brand, and/or catalog.
• Retailer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact via mostly email for existing retailers, solving operational, logistics, or listing issues promptly. Virtual meetings for training may occasionally be necessary.
• TikTok Shop & Social Commerce: Manage, grow, and optimize our TikTok Shop and other accounts. Focus on increasing conversions, resolving account errors, and monitoring overall account health and stability.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels across our warehouse and Amazon FBA. Perform weekly audits based on historical sales data to project and execute FBA and our warehouse replenishment.
• Monthly Sales Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive sales reports at the beginning of each month, detailing growth trends, platform performance, and insights.
• Vendor Expansion & Internal Training: Research and submit vendor applications and onboarding to new retail channels to expand our brand footprint. Train allocated internal colleagues on new item setup procedures as we expand.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of experience managing U.S. retail/e-commerce vendor portals and Amazon FBA inventory management.
• Resourcefulness & Autonomy: High level of independence. You must be a tenacious researcher who digs into portal errors and keeps troubleshooting until you find a solution on your own, without relying on constant management responses.
• Social Commerce: Proven experience managing and troubleshooting TikTok Shop and social commerce brand accounts.
• Adaptability: Quick to learn new systems, processes, and tools efficiently.
• Productivity: Super multi-tasker capable of seamlessly balancing wholesale outreach, operational portal maintenance, and inventory monitoring.
• Communication: Exceptional written English skills for B2B pitching, alongside comfortable verbal English skills for internal video/phone training sessions.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to read sales history data to make smart inventory forecasting decisions.
