JOB OVERVIEW

We are a NYC real estate investment and development company looking for a full-time research specialist.

THIS POSITION IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ACTUALLY RESEARCHED NEW YORK CITY PROPERTIES.

If you have NOT researched NYC LLC-owned properties, NYC churches, or NYC real estate ownership, DO NOT APPLY.

## Responsibilities

- Research NYC LLC-owned properties.
- Identify the real decision maker behind LLCs.
- Research NYC churches and nonprofits to identify pastors, trustees, board members, and authorized decision makers.
- Perform advanced skip tracing.
- Verify phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses.
- Update our CRM with accurate research.

## REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- MUST have experience researching NEW YORK CITY real estate.
- MUST know how to identify the real owner behind NYC LLC-owned properties.
- MUST have experience using NYC public records.
- MUST have strong skip tracing and investigative research skills.
- Strong English reading and writing.
- Reliable internet.
- Detail oriented.
- Full-time.

## BIG PLUS

- ACRIS
- ZoLa
- NYC Department of Finance
- NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)
- HPD
- New York Secretary of State
- Church and nonprofit ownership research

## Compensation

- $3–5/hour depending on experience.
- Long-term position.
