Ecommerce Talent Acquisition Partner

Moon Nude is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand creating thoughtfully designed quilted bags and accessories for women around the world. We sell through Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, and we're still in the early stages of building something much bigger.

As our company grows, one thing has become increasingly important: hiring exceptional people.

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Talent Acquisition Partner to become a trusted extension of our team.

This isn't about filling one position. We hire regularly across creative, marketing, customer support, operations, and ecommerce, and we'd love to build a long-term relationship with someone who understands our business, learns what great talent looks like for Moon Nude, and helps us continue building an outstanding team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage across a variety of ecommerce and creative roles: Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Video Editors, Customer Support Managers, Graphic Designers, Content Creators, Shopify Specialists, Amazon Specialists, TikTok Shop Specialists, Ecommerce Operations, and other positions as we grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding each hiring need and helping shape the ideal candidate profile.

Writing compelling job descriptions when needed.

Proactively sourcing exceptional candidates through your own network, recruiting methods, and platforms.

Screening applicants and conducting initial interviews.

Identifying candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Presenting a carefully selected shortlist to the founders.

Coordinating the hiring process through to the offer stage.

Supporting employment or contractor agreements when required, including ensuring contracts are properly and professionally drafted.

Building a strong pipeline of ecommerce talent for future hiring.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys finding great people: someone who knows where exceptional ecommerce talent is, builds relationships, and takes pride in making outstanding hires, not simply collecting applications.

You'll likely have:

Experience recruiting for ecommerce or DTC brands.

A strong track record hiring marketing, creative, customer support, and operations professionals.

Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.

Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, Indeed, and other recruiting channels.

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.

A highly organized and proactive approach.

A genuine interest in building long-term partnerships.

Existing relationships within the ecommerce industry are a significant advantage.
