We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GTM Executor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales of software services, web hosting, and custom app development solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the target market, including IT professionals, developers, and business owners
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach our ideal customer base, leveraging digital channels such as
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and maximum impact of go-to-market initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness for software services, web hosting, or custom app development solutions
- Strong understanding of our target market and its needs, including IT trends, technological advancements, and business challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn a new CRM software, with experience using digital marketing channels such as
Schedule:
- Part-time position with flexible schedule to accommodate your needs
- One scheduled check-in meeting per week on Chicago time (e.g., Wednesday at 10am CT)
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
