About Monster Pro Wash

Monster Pro Wash is a fast-growing pressure washing and Christmas lighting company. We’re looking for someone who loves building systems, automating tasks, and creating software that helps businesses run more efficiently.

About the Role

This is not a typical virtual assistant position. Your primary responsibility will be building the systems behind our business. You’ll create automations, develop internal software, improve workflows, connect different platforms, and continuously find ways to save time and increase efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and thinking, “How can I automate this?”

Responsibilities

Build internal software and business tools.
Create automations using AI and automation platforms.
Connect software through APIs and integrations.
Improve and document business processes.
Build dashboards, tracking systems, and workflows.
Research and implement new software that can improve our business.
Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing systems.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills.
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and learn new software quickly.
Experience with APIs, software development, or building custom business systems is a huge plus.
