JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an Affiliate Manager to help grow affiliate programs for e-commerce brands, including TikTok Shop affiliates.

Responsibilities:
* Recruit and onboard affiliates and creators.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
* Manage day-to-day affiliate communications.
* Track affiliate performance and suggest improvements.
* Help grow affiliate sales through strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
* Experience managing affiliate programs (TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organized and proactive.
* Able to work independently and solve problems.
