JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We're an e-commerce company with our own registered brand and our own custom products, so we're not just reselling generic items. We're currently looking for a talented designer to join us long-term (part-time) for product photography-style images for our online shop — think e-commerce product images and images used inside product descriptions.

Style-wise, we want the opposite of those loud, overloaded US-style product images packed with text and graphics. Our direction is minimalist, clean, precise. Beautiful natural lighting, real-life scenes, sharp focus on the product in use.

Quality is our number one priority — not speed. If a single image needs 15 extra minutes to make it look right, please take those 15 minutes. We would rather receive 4 perfect images than 10 average ones. Please keep that in mind — attention to detail is what we value most.

To see if we're a good fit, I'd love if you could create 3–4 test images for one of our products. Here's what I'd need:

The product: a Titanium cutting board (steel-look design). You can see the current product grid image (3×3) here:

For visual reference of the direction we want, please have a look at how this brand shoots their cutting board:

ATTENTION:

Size of board is 60x30cm
Thickness: 1.5mm

PLEASE take your time and send me 3-4 high quality pictures!

Look at their lighting, composition, the sun catching the titanium surface, and how the focus is always on someone actively cutting something. That's the vibe we want — but please do NOT copy their images 1:1. We need a similar style, not identical shots, because we'll reuse this design language on 8–10 more products.

For the test, please create images of:
- Someone cutting a tomato on the board
- Someone washing the board
- Someone cutting a chicken breast on the board
- One extra image of your choice in the same style

it dont need to be shown everytime humans, also only hands is acceptable.

No text overlays needed for now — the focus is purely on the visuals.

If everything looks great, we'll bring you on long-term. Ongoing work will be coordinated with our Shopify Manager, who will send you briefs for each new product.
