JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

You'll transform one 60-minute weekly live recording into:

* A polished YouTube episode
* A weekly newsletter
* Five LinkedIn posts
* Three to five short-form videos
* An email sequence
* >Facebook community content

You'll also make editorial decisions that directly impact channel performance, including titles, thumbnails, clip selection, and publishing strategy.

What You'll Own

YouTube Channel Growth & Management

* Edit raw livestream recordings into polished YouTube episodes
* Create compelling titles, thumbnails, and descriptions that improve click-through rate and audience retention
* Add chapters, timestamps, lead magnet links, and community links
* Upload and schedule weekly episodes on time
* Create 3–5 short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
* Analyze channel performance and continuously improve content based on data

Social Media Content

* Write and schedule weekly LinkedIn posts for the company page
* Write one weekly LinkedIn post in the founder's voice
* Publish short-form videos across YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
* Create weekly engagement posts inside the >Facebook community
* Pin the latest episode each week

Email Marketing

* Write the weekly newsletter
* Create the weekly "previous episode" email
* Draft and schedule live show reminder emails

AI-Assisted Content Creation

* Use Claude (or similar AI tools) to generate and adapt content efficiently
* Follow documented brand voice and content guidelines

Operations & Quality Assurance

* Follow the documented weekly production workflow
* Maintain at least a three-week content buffer
* Perform weekly QA checks before publishing
* Maintain a shortlist of potential podcast guests

Time Tracking & Accountability

* Track all working hours using Hubstaff
* Keep accurate and productive time logs that reflect work completed
* Follow the company's time-tracking and productivity expectations
* Ensure Hubstaff is running while actively working on assigned tasks

What We're Looking For

Required

* Proven experience growing a YouTube channel (not simply uploading videos)
* Strong understanding of YouTube strategy, audience retention, thumbnails, hooks, and click-through optimization
* Excellent video editing skills
* Experience managing ---------- and Facebook business pages
* Comfortable using Claude or similar AI tools as part of your daily workflow
* Excellent written English
* Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

* Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Background in B2B content marketing
* Experience repurposing long-form content into multiple content formats
