JOB OVERVIEW

We run dropshipping stores and are looking for an experienced email marketer to own our Klaviyo email marketing. This is not a beginner role. You should already know your way around Klaviyo, Shopify, and email design, so we can keep the focus on doing great work rather than learning the basics.

What you'll do

Build and manage our core Klaviyo flows: abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, and post-purchase (tied to parcel tracking).
Design on-brand emails using our workflow (we generate a layout, refine it in Figma, and export it as a clean, clickable email).
Plan and send campaigns based on each store's volume, with a real push around Q4 and key dates like Black Friday.
Build and target segments so the right customers get the right message, instead of blasting the whole list.
Keep the account healthy: monitor performance, deliverability, and whether the Klaviyo plan still fits our profile count.

What we're looking for

Solid hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify.
Comfortable working in Figma and with a good eye for design detail.
A clear understanding of flows, campaigns, segmentation, and deliverability.
Self-driven, reliable, and able to plan campaigns in advance.

Rate and growth
Starting rate is $5 per hour. If you show real potential and the analytics back it up, there is room to move toward a commission-based setup tied to campaign and flow performance. That comes once we see the right results and reporting, but the door is open for the right person.
