We are looking for a strong, experienced B2B sales closer to help us close deals and build partnerships across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia.
We work with HR companies, recruitment agencies, capital raising firms, and business service providers. We provide warm leads and client opportunities. Your role is to speak with founders, CEOs, managers, and agency owners through WhatsApp, phone, and video calls, build trust, handle objections, negotiate, and close paid deals.
What we need:
-Proven B2B sales closing experience.
-Experience selling services or packages worth US$2,500–US$10,000+.
-Strong follow-up system and ability to handle rejection.
-Able to manage 5+ calls/meetings per day.
-Good at negotiating, closing, and improving offers.
-Experience with client onboarding and account relationship management is a big plus.
AI, CRM, and presentation skills are also a plus.
You must be able to show proof of past results, such as deals closed, conversion rates, testimonials, or references.
Compensation:
-Fixed salary + commission / percentage on closed deals.
