We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a growing real estate brokerage. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining graphic design, social media management,
You'll work closely with multiple real estate agents to create marketing materials, promote new listings, manage social media content, and support client events. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, generate creative marketing ideas, and confidently use AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality.
SHIFT
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) requiring availability during U.S. business hours to ensure timely communication with the team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Create marketing materials for new listings and company events.
- Design monthly postcards for client outreach.
- Coordinate marketing assets to ensure branding consistency across all materials.
3. Social Media Management
- Create engaging social media content for
- Produce listing promotions, Reels, Stories, and other short-form content.
- Repurpose listing photos and videos into compelling social media posts.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to increase brand visibility and engagement.
4. Content Creation
- Write blog posts and other marketing content.
- Assist with developing creative marketing campaigns.
- Research local market trends, community events, and relevant Boise-area news to create engaging content opportunities.
- Recommend new marketing ideas and strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
5. Listing Marketing Support
- Collaborate with real estate agents on active listings.
- Share marketing materials for review and make revisions based on agent feedback.
- Ensure listing marketing materials are completed accurately and on time before properties go live.
6. Administrative & Marketing Support
- Organize marketing files and assets using Google Workspace.
- Assist with marketing-related projects as assigned.
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives to improve efficiency and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong Canva skills for creating professional marketing materials.
