JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a part-time Lead Generator to help research and organize speaking, podcast, panel, media, brand, school, and event opportunities.

This role is best for someone who is strong at research, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable finding the right contact person for outreach.

This is not a general virtual assistant role. This is not a spam outreach role. This person will help find quality opportunities, organize contacts, use approved outreach templates, and track follow-up.

Main Responsibilities:

* Research speaking opportunities, podcasts, panels, conferences, media opportunities, brand opportunities, schools, colleges, libraries, and professional organizations
* Find the correct contact person for each opportunity
* Collect accurate contact information
* Add contacts and opportunities to a Google Sheet
* Use approved templates for outreach
* Lightly personalize outreach based on the opportunity
* Track who was contacted, when they were contacted, and when follow-up is needed
* Flag warm replies, strong opportunities, and important contacts for review
* Keep outreach organized and easy to understand
* Communicate clearly and professionally

Requirements:

* Strong online research skills
* Good written English
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using Google Sheets
* Able to follow templates and instructions
* Able to lightly personalize outreach without overcomplicating it
* Organized and reliable
* Low-drama communication
* Able to work independently
* Able to explain what you checked before asking questions

You are not responsible for:

* Creating the full pitch strategy
* Negotiating fees
* Making promises to brands, schools, events, or organizations
* Speaking on behalf of the speaker without approval
* Sending custom pitches without approval
* Creating graphics
* Managing social media
* Managing paid ads
