JOB OVERVIEW

I run a US-based architecture practice in New Jersey and need a skilled drafter for ongoing residential production work: existing conditions plans and elevations, construction document sets, permit sets, and design presentation graphics.
This is a long-term position with consistent weekly hours, not a one-off project. I'm looking for someone who wants steady work with one client and will grow with the workload.
Requirements:

Strong AutoCAD skills with US residential experience (dimensioning standards, wall types, CD conventions)
Photoshop for presentation graphics and rendering touch-ups
Organized and deadline-reliable: you track your own tasks and deliver when you say you will
You take ownership: if something in the markup is unclear or looks wrong, you flag it before drafting it, not after
Good written English for daily communication

Nice to have:

SketchUp for massing and design studies
Revit experience, especially large models and BIM coordination (this opens up more hours and higher-value work down the line)
