JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant Recruiter to join my growing team.

This is not an entry-level recruiting position. We're looking for someone who has experience recruiting virtual assistants and understands what separates an average VA from an exceptional one. If you've worked for a VA agency, outsourcing company, BPO, or remote staffing firm, I'd love to hear from you.

We're building a high-performing talent acquisition department and are looking for someone who can take ownership, improve processes, and consistently deliver outstanding candidates with minimal oversight.

## What You'll Be Doing

As our VA Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring top-tier virtual assistants across a variety of roles, including:

* Executive Assistant
* Administrative Assistant
* Customer Service Representative
* Dispatcher
* Sales Representative
* Appointment Setter
* Marketing Assistant
* Bookkeeper
*Social Media Manager
* AI & Automation Assistant


Your responsibilities will include:

* Sourcing candidates through OnlineJobs.ph, JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
* Reviewing resumes and applications
* Conducting initial interviews in English
* Evaluating communication skills, technical ability, professionalism, and culture fit
* Administering assessments and interview scorecards
* Managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process
* Maintaining an organized recruiting pipeline and ATS
* Building talent pools for future hiring needs
* Working closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities
* Continuously improving recruiting processes and candidate quality
* Helping build and refine recruiting SOPs and best practices

## What We're Looking For

Required:

* 2+ years of recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting Virtual Assistants, remote employees, or BPO talent
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong interviewing skills
* Ability to identify A-player candidates
* Excellent organization and follow-through
* Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Reliable internet connection and quiet home office

Highly Preferred:

* Previous experience working for a VA agency or outsourcing company
* Experience recruiting talent throughout the Philippines and other parts of Asia
* Experience building or improving recruiting systems
* Experience creating SOPs or documenting processes
* Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Familiarity with DISC, behavioral interviewing, or personality assessments
* Experience with AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency
