JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a recruiter who has experience hiring in manufacturing in the US.
Candidate will work from 10 AM EST- 7 PM EST Monday through, with Weekends as optional as well

Applications must have a resume and a 2-minute video introducing why they are a good fit for this position.

Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting CNC, Welders, Machinists, Maintenance.

Pay is $6 USD- $9 USD to start. Opportunity for pay raises and Bonuses

Requirements:
4+ years of US recruiting experience (Manufacturing, Industrial, Skills trade, Blue collar roles)
Familiar or experienced wiht ATS CRM (Recruiter Flow and Crelate)
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
