If you’re detail-oriented, a fast learner, excellent at following written instructions, and comfortable working with digital artwork and online order systems, you may be exactly who I’m looking for.
Your work will focus on preparing customer artwork for printing, creating accurate layouts, reviewing artwork quality, making improvements where needed, and setting up online orders for final customer approval.
Much of this work will be done using proprietary tools and internal systems, so the most important qualities are strong attention to detail, excellent written English, the ability to learn new tools quickly, and the judgment to know when something needs to be fixed, improved, or clarified before moving forward.
We currently operate a business that requires high-quality print layouts, artwork proofing, and production-ready order preparation.
Please understand in advance that this application has very specific requirements, resulting in lower competition. Please read it carefully and apply correctly to be considered.
The Job
I’m looking for a full-time Print Layout & Artwork Proofing Specialist who can help prepare online print orders for customer approval and production.
You will be responsible for checking customer artwork, improving files when needed, preparing layouts, and making sure orders are clean, accurate, and ready for the next step.
This is not a heavy illustration or original art role. You do not need to be a professional artist. However, you do need to have a good eye for layout, spacing, image quality, color, alignment, and print-readiness.
The most important aspect of this job is the ability to learn new skills, think critically, follow instructions carefully, and find practical solutions as our tools and processes evolve. If you want to find a place where you can build a career and grow into more responsibility over time, please apply.
