JOB OVERVIEW

Ro Movers is looking for a talented and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL), WordPress & Funnel Specialist to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who enjoys building systems, creating high-converting funnels, automating workflows, improving our online presence, and producing engaging content that helps grow our brand.

Responsibilities
Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, calendars, and campaigns.
Design and optimize high-converting landing pages and sales funnels in GoHighLevel.
Develop, maintain, and update our WordPress website.
Build customer and contractor portals.
Create automated SMS, email, and follow-up campaigns.
Perform basic to intermediate SEO tasks, including on-page optimization, keyword implementation, meta titles and descriptions, image optimization, internal linking, and improving website performance.
Write and publish SEO-friendly blog articles to improve search rankings, educate customers, and drive organic traffic.
Monitor website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and conversions.
Requirements
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Strong WordPress development and customization skills.
Experience building sales funnels and landing pages.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create high-quality blog content.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with membership portals and client portals.
Experience working with logistics, moving companies, or other service-based businesses.
Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma) is a plus.
Current Projects

You'll help us build and improve systems that support both our customers and owner-operators, including:

Custom GoHighLevel automations.
WordPress website enhancements.
Sales funnels and lead generation campaigns.
SEO improvements to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
Regular blog content to strengthen our online presence and authority.
A contractor portal where owner-operators can manage their availability, upload documents, and receive company updates.
