Peace of Mind Therapy, LLC is a growing wellness company that also manages a small portfolio of vacation timeshare rentals. We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and dependable Vacation Rental Coordinator to assist with rental coordination, guest communications, and applicable administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, project-based work with the potential to support additional administrative projects as our company continues to grow.
What You'll Do
* Research U.S. & Global festivals, sporting events, concerts, conferences, holiday weekends, and other high-demand events to identify the most marketable timeshare weeks for rental.
* Recommend the best reservation dates and resort locations based on current inventory, seasonal demand, local events, and potential rental profitability.
* Monitor travel trends and booking demand to help maximize occupancy and rental income throughout the year.
* Market & Advertise rentals based on the research data.
* Respond promptly and professionally to rental inquiries.
* Communicate with prospective guests before, during, and after their stay.
* Coordinate reservation details and maintain accurate booking records.
* Send rental agreements, confirmations, invoices, and guest information.
* Track deposits, balances, and important payment deadlines (if applicable).
* Send check-in and check-out instructions.
* Coordinate with the resort or property management company when necessary.
* Maintain an organized reservation calendar and manage rental platforms.
* Follow up with guests after their stay to ensure a positive experience.
* Notify management of any guest concerns or operational issues.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly and customer-service oriented.
* Exceptionally organized.
* Professional in written English.
* Comfortable communicating with guests from different backgrounds.
* Reliable and able to work independently.
* Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Previous experience with hospitality, hotels, Airbnb, vacation rentals, customer service, or administrative support.
* Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
* Familiarity with online booking platforms is a plus but not required.
Compensation
* $40 USD for each successfully completed vacation rental.
