NOW HIRING: Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Experienced Only)

Full-Time | Remote (Philippines) | U.S. Business Hours

Base Salary + Performance Commission

This is NOT a basic Virtual Assistant position.

We're looking for an experienced marketing professional who can create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate real business results and someone who can assist with administrative tasks as well.

If you're skilled in social media, graphic design, Facebook advertising, content creation, and digital marketing—we want to hear from you.

We're also looking for someone with a naturally positive, upbeat personality and great comedic timing. Our brand isn't stiff or corporate—we create content that captures attention, entertains people, and makes them want to engage. If you know how to create content that makes people smile while delivering a strong marketing message, you'll thrive here.

Required Experience
Professional graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Proven experience managing business social media accounts
Experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads
Experience with Go High Level (GHL)
WordPress experience
Strong understanding of branding and content strategy
Excellent English communication skills
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Must work Los Angeles business hours (graveyard shift Philippines time)
Must remain on camera throughout the workday for team collaboration
Must have a private, quiet workspace with no interruptions
Reliable high-speed internet
Professional computer setup
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
