About the Role
Home Service VA s looking for General Office Assistants to handle inbound phone calls,
What You'll Do
Answer and make phone calls with customers
Respond to
Book free estimates and inspections using an assumptive-close approach (example: "Does tomorrow morning or afternoon work better for you?" instead of asking "do you want to book?")
Handle small ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Log and update customer records in the CRM
What We're Looking For
Clear, neutral English accent and strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable on the phone — this role is majority phone-based
Some sales aptitude; not hard selling, but confident enough to guide a customer toward booking
Experience with messaging platforms like Slack or WhatsApp
Customer-focused, patient, and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new software
Prior customer service or call center experience
Nice to Have
Experience in home services, pools, or a similar industry
