JOB OVERVIEW

Traventa is hiring an experienced phone sales closer to sell websites to established businesses that don't yet have one.

If you can hold a real sales conversation, handle objections, and close on the phone we want to talk to you. This is NOT a role for beginners.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING
We build professional websites for existing, established businesses that currently have no website. You'll be reaching out and closing these owners on getting online.

LEADS
You'll work with BOTH hot leads (already interested) and cold leads. You need to be comfortable and confident on both.

EARNINGS (COMMISSION-BASED, UNCAPPED)
- $30 to $100 per sale, depending on the deal
- No cap — the more you close, the more you earn
- Commissions paid at the end of each shift or weekly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven, real phone sales experience (please tell us about your results)
- Strong closing ability and objection handling
- Fluent, clear, confident English on the phone
- Reliable internet, headset, and a quiet place to call
- Self-motivated and consistent
