As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing efforts and help scale both our online and offline presence.

We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and performance-driven marketer who understands growth, analytics, and execution at a high level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
Google
Meta Ads
Tiktok Ads
• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Lead influencer outreach, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Oversee SEO strategies, blog content, and website optimization
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns
• Drive growth in:
Online Sales (e-commerce)
In-store traffic (local marketing initiatives)
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and community partnerships
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and continuously improve results
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously with strong organization and execution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
• Strong background in paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok) with measurable results
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
• Experience with content strategy, branding, and audience growth
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization
• Ability to think strategically AND execute effectively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and leadership skills
