JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

Waste Solution Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Overcharge & Contamination Credit Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for reviewing account information, collecting and organizing supporting documentation, and providing accurate data and images related to overcharge and contamination credit requests.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital files, and able to communicate professionally while managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and organize customer account data.
Gather, label, and maintain photographic evidence related to contamination and overcharge cases.
Prepare and provide supporting documentation and images to customers.
Maintain accurate records and update internal tracking systems.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer requests.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation before submission.
Follow established procedures and meet productivity and quality standards.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage digital files and maintain organized documentation.
Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, billing, or data management is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with CRM systems or ticketing platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to interpret billing information and supporting documentation.
Experience in waste management, logistics, or utility billing is an advantage.
