JOB OVERVIEW

As a Reverse Recruiter, you will play a key role in this transformation, acting not just as a guide, but as a dedicated recruiter focused on helping our clients secure and land meaningful job opportunities.

In this role, you will partner closely with job seekers, taking the time to deeply understand their professional background, career goals, and personal preferences. You will then proactively identify, pursue, and match them with opportunities that align with their aspirations. Your work will directly impact their success by positioning them competitively in the job market and increasing their chances of getting hired.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their recruiter, advisor, and advocate throughout their job search journey.
• Actively source and identify job opportunities that align with each client’s experience, skills, and career goals.
• Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant job postings tailored to each client.
• Evaluate job postings to ensure they meet client criteria and present strong placement potential.
• Support clients in the application process by guiding them on where and how to apply effectively.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing ongoing support, updates, and strategic advice.
• Meet and exceed daily targets related to job sourcing and application activity.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
