JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based SaaS company looking for an experienced **Customer Success & SaaS Onboarding Specialist** to join our team full-time and long-term.

Our software, ReviewCrusher.ai, helps pet-service businesses such as dog groomers, pet resorts, boarding facilities, veterinarians, and other pet-care businesses generate more customer reviews and improve their online reputation.

We are looking for someone who is exceptional at working one-on-one with customers, conducting live software demos, onboarding new users, and helping customers successfully adopt and use a SaaS product.

**This is not a traditional customer support or call center position.**

Your primary responsibility is to help prospective customers understand the value of our software, help convert qualified prospects after live demos, and ensure new customers are properly onboarded and successfully using the product.

## What You'll Do

* Conduct live one-on-one software demos with prospective customers
* Clearly explain the value and benefits of the software in simple, non-technical language
* Answer prospect questions and help qualified prospects confidently move forward
* Follow up with prospects after demos and help convert them into paying customers
* Lead one-on-one Zoom onboarding sessions for new customers
* Guide customers through account setup and initial configuration
* Help customers successfully launch and send their first review requests
* Follow up with trial users and new customers who have not completed onboarding or activated the product
* Proactively identify why customers are getting stuck, confused, or failing to take the next step
* Help customers reach their first successful outcome with the software as quickly as possible
* Create and improve onboarding videos, guides, FAQs, and customer training materials
* Document common customer questions and areas of confusion
* Provide organized customer feedback to our Product Operations and Development teams
* Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer onboarding experience
* Become a true product expert who understands the software inside and out

## Required Experience

You should have strong hands-on experience with:

* One-on-one SaaS customer onboarding
* Conducting live software demos
* Customer Success
* Zoom-based customer training
* CRM or SaaS software
* Following up with prospects and customers
* Helping customers adopt and successfully use software
* Explaining software clearly to non-technical customers
* Managing multiple customers through different stages of onboarding

Experience with CRM, SaaS, or customer support platforms is strongly preferred.

* Understands that successful onboarding means the customer actually uses the product—not simply completing a training call
* Is comfortable helping convert qualified prospects after a software demo
* Notices when customers are confused and helps identify the underlying problem
* Is organized and consistent with follow-up
* Communicates clearly with internal tea ---------- mbers
* Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity
* Wants to grow with a SaaS company rather than simply perform repetitive customer support tasks

## Work Schedule

This is a **full-time, long-term position**.

You must be available to work primarily during **U.S. Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday**.

You must have:

* A reliable computer
* High-speed internet
* A quiet and professional workspace
* A quality webcam and microphone
* The ability to conduct professional Zoo ---------- etings with customers

## Compensation

Monthly compensation is expected to range from **$1,000–$1,300 USD per month**, based on experience.

This position will begin with an initial **30-day paid trial period**.

After successful completion of the trial period, the position is intended to be long-term and will include eligibility for:

* A **sales conversion bonus for new paying customers you personally demo and help convert**
* A **quarterly performance bonus based on customer onboarding, activation, follow-up, and overall performance**

We want someone who is motivated not only to conduct great demos and onboarding sessions, but also to help prospective customers confidently move forward and ensure new customers successfully adopt the product.
