Role Overview:
We help businesses across the US, Australia, UAE, and India grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO. We're hiring a BDE to own new client acquisition for our US/Australia pipeline — from prospecting to closing deals.
What you'll do:
-Run outbound: cold
-Source and close projects on Upwork (writing proposals, managing the sales cycle)
-Run discovery calls on Zoom, pitch our services, build proposals & decks
-Handle pricing/negotiation and close deals independently
-Keep CRM updated and hand off closed deals cleanly to delivery teams
You should have:
-3–5 years selling digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, or similar) to US/Australia clients
-A track record you can back with numbers — pipeline built, deals closed, deal size, win rate
-Experience with
-Experience writing Upwork proposals and closing deals on the platform
-Comfortable with Zoho CRM (or HubSpot/Salesforce)
-Excellent spoken/written English — you'll be presenting to overseas clients on video
